A total immersion in yoga and nature, in the autumnal splendour of southern Sardinia’s coast. A weekend to get away and put everything else on hold, a break full of serenity, harmony and time to listen to yourself.

Enjoy a three-day ritual, from October 24 to 26, to be lived together, as a group of friends. All around you everything will be perfect, welcoming and beautiful.

Sonia Pellacani, a highly experienced yoga master, will guide you through regenerating exercises, meditation, and activities in nature.
The balance of Hatha Yoga, the perfect start to the day, alternates with the slow-paced, profound journey of Yin Yoga, which relieves tension and provides a sense of peace and grounding, finally Vinyasa Yoga that links movement with breath through fluid sequences. You can enjoy nature outdoors on a stand-up paddleboard in a sea that is still warm from summer, or with the spa’s Bioaquam programme in the green Mediterranean gardens. You’ll enjoy the good company and pleasure of being on a break together: with Aperiyoga and a mouthwatering lunch dedicated to your wellbeing.

It’s a holiday, a getaway to where the sea and sky are blue, and a journey through harmony and balance, for anyone already familiar with yoga and anyone who wants to learn.

4 lessons of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa
Hatha Yoga: a balanced practice that combines breath, movement, and awareness. Perfect for those who wish to regain strength, stability, and presence in the body. Each posture is explored mindfully, allowing space for inner listening and connection. Ideal to start the day with energy and grounding.
Yin Yoga: a slow and deep journey within. Postures are held for a long time, allowing the body to fully relax and the mind to slow down. It ’s a regenerative practice that works on the deep tissues, releases tension, and promotes a sense of peace and grounding. Perfect for the evening or for anyone seeking a moment of stillness.
Vinyasa Flow: a dynamic and energizing practice that links movement with breath through fluid sequences. It helps build strength, flexibility, and vitality while creating a graceful sense of flow.
1 Aperiyoga
After a restorative yoga session, the body is relaxed, the mind is calm, and the heart is open. It’s the perfect moment to reconnect, share smiles, and enjoy an aperitif designed to nourish both body and spirit.
