A playful introduction to Sardinia’s flavours and traditions. Under a chef’s guidance, children learn to mix, roll and shape pasta, taste local olive oil and herbs, and plate their own creations. Along the way they hear bite-size stories of island food—why we fold culurgiones like little leaves, what makes Cannonau grapes special (juice for kids, of course!), and how families here cook together.
Each young cook receives a mini apron to use in class, a Junior Chef certificate, and recipe cards to recreate the dishes at home. Parents are welcome to watch or drop off and return for a small tasting at the end.
