By daylight, she scoops small-batch gelato in rotating Sardinian flavours, alongside creamy frozen yogurt made with our estate-produced Chia Laguna honey. Come sunset, Lady Bee transforms into a roving cocktail bar, mixing refreshing spritzes and signatures brightened with local honey, wild herbs and citrus.
